Who we are...
Sera was founded by Dr Ed Sherrard in 2024. Ed is a dentist in Liverpool and had struggled to find quality scrubs one too many times. He decided to look into what it would take to design his own scrubs, knowing what he wanted to wear for his own work.
With the help of an experienced fashion design team and trusted, ethical factories, the project grew into making scrubs for family (such as his Dad, Paul, featured left with Ed), friends and colleagues.
From there, Ed went on to create the brand - Sera; bringing the scrubs to people all over the UK.
As a UK based company, focused on uncompromising quality, Sera has started its journey like a restaurant with a small menu - doing a few things exceptionally well. The popular 'Sera Original Scrub Set' was designed by a team of fashion designers and various medical professionals (doctors, dentists and nurses); taking all of their feedback to create a quality product in a few colours. For colours, black was chosen as a timeless and professional option and this was combined with three more unique colours - Sage Green, Forest Green and Royal Blue.
As Sera grows, the design team are working on development of our next products and the journey continues.

Our Design...
Our ethos is quality without compromise and our team of fashion designers and medical professionals worked with this in mind to produce a simple but elegant scrub set.
Our trousers are not cluttered with lots of random pockets, but just two large zipped pockets for secure storage and easy access.
The tailored fit of our scrubs is created to give a smart, professional and stylish look. At the same time our high quality fabrics add to the look whilst also giving a super comfortable feel with just the right amount of stretch.
We then sampled and tested the fit, feel, colours and more until our product was right and ready to bring to you all.
